Bhubaneswar, Feb 14: The second day of the ongoing Budget Session of the Odisha Assembly witnessed an uproarious scene after the opposition BJD and Congress created a ruckus over several issues.
As soon as the house assembled for the day, the members of the BJD raised the issue of the closure of mandis in the state and Congress MLAs created ruckus over the deteriorating law and order situation in the state.
The members of both the parties stormed into the well and created a ruckus. As the pandemonium prevailed, Speaker Surama Padhy, unable to run the house, adjourned the proceedings till 12 pm.
