Cuttack, April 7: The state government will place the inquiry report of the judicial commission on the Ratna Bhandar’s missing keys before the Cabinet, Odisha Advocate General, Pitambar Acharya, apprised it to the Orissa High Court on Monday.
“The Commission of Enquiry had submitted the report to the state government in 2018. However, the then government deliberately did not make it public. Now, the Odisha government has decided to place the report before the Cabinet,” said the AG, during hearing of a pleas relating to the Shree Jagannath Temple’s Ratna Bhandar.”, the AG said.
The ASI also filed an affidavit before the High Court, apprising it that the Ratna Bhandar repair work is expected to be completed by Snana Purnima.
The matter has been posted for the next hearing on May 15.
