Giridhar Gamang will return to the Congress along with his wife, ex-Koraput MP Hema Gamang, and son Sishir Gamang on January 17.
Besides, the former Bargarh MP Sanjay Bhoi will join the grand old party in New Delhi on Wednesday.
The four leaders will join the party in the presence of the president of All India Congress Committee (AICC) Mallikarjun Kharge.
All the four leaders had met Odisha in-charge Ajoy Kumar in New Delhi on Saturday.
The four leaders had earlier left Congress to join BJP. Gamang and his son Sishir had later left the BJP and joined Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS).
Sanjay had won from the Bargarh Lok Sabha constituency on a Congress ticket in the 2009 elections. He lost the 2014 Lok Sabha elections. Later, Bhoi quit Congress and joined the BJP after he was not considered for the Bargarh seat in 2019 elections.
