Lalu Yadav leaves Patna's Paras Hospital, set to head to AIIMS Delhi for further treatment

Patna, April 2: Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader and former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav was admitted to Paras Hospital on Wednesday after his health condition worsened. He is now preparing to travel to AIIMS Delhi for advanced medical care.

Dr. Prakash Sinha, the Head of Pulmonary Medicine at Paras Hospital, provided an update on Lalu Yadav’s condition. He mentioned that Yadav had developed a fever and was treated accordingly. "When he first arrived, he was feeling weak, but after receiving treatment, he became alert and started responding well. He is stable now and will be leaving for Delhi today," Dr. Sinha said.

Tejashwi Yadav, Lalu's son and prominent RJD leader, reassured the public, stating that his father’s condition is stable. "He is doing fine now. He will be taken to AIIMS Delhi for further treatment. Lalu Yadav is a strong man, and he will recover soon," Tejashwi said. Further updates on his health are awaited.
