Prayagraj, Jan 16: Maha Kumbh 2025 is the biggest spiritual gathering on the planet where faith, devotion, and tradition come together in a truly remarkable way. While the sacred dip at Triveni Sangam is a major highlight, the incredible ‘Sadhus’, their deep spirituality and unique practices also make Maha Kumbh Mela an amazing experience for the visitors.
The journey of 2.5-year-old Bhupendra Bhardwaj, affectionately known as 'Kunj Baba', at Alakh Darbar of Juna Akhara showcases an extraordinary symbol of faith and devotion. His journey of becoming a saint has already captivated the hearts of many.
Kunj Baba’s journey began at a very young age. His parents believed he was a bad omen and decided to donate him to the Juna Akhara shortly after his birth. In some parts of India, this practice is considered a sacred tradition to seek blessings and turn misfortune into grace.
Kunj Baba has now become a member of the Juna Akhara and has fully embraced the life of a saint. Surrounded by sadhus, he takes part in their daily rituals, joins them in worship, and spends his time playing happily in their midst.
The Akhara is lovingly guiding Kunj Baba’s future, standing by him with unwavering support no matter what career path he chooses when he grows up.
Despite being so young, Kunj Baba is seen as a symbol of devotion and purity—a child with a deep connection to spirituality. The sadhus see him as a living symbol of faith, dedication, and dharma.
