Cuttack, AP 1: Odisha Police celebrated its 90th Formation Day on Tuesday at Reserve Field at Buxi Bazaar Chhak in Cuttack with the Director General of Police (DGP) Y B Khurania taking salute at the state-level parade.
Khurania emphasized the ongoing efforts to combat the rising threat of cybercrime. To bolster their capabilities, police officers in Odisha have been provided with advanced laptops and smartphones.
These upgraded tools are designed to enhance the efficiency of investigations and improve their response to cybercrimes.
Police Commissioner Suresh Devadatta Singh expressed confidence in the Odisha Police force, praising their unwavering willpower and determination.
He believes these qualities will enable them to prevent even more crimes in the future, strengthening the state's commitment to ensuring public safety.
