"The AAP-led government has been in power in Delhi for the past 10 years, and during this time, they have harmed the education system," said PM Modi. He also highlighted that, despite receiving substantial funding from the central government, the Delhi government has failed to utilize even half of it for educational purposes.

PM Modi further emphasized, "Even after independence, such reforms as the New Education Policy were not undertaken, but your servant (referring to himself) has done it."

He also took aim at Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and the AAP, accusing them of plunging Delhi into a crisis. "For the last decade, Delhi has been surrounded by an 'Aapda'. By putting Anna Hazare at the forefront, a few 'kattar beimaan' individuals have pushed the city into disaster.

The AAP has become an 'aapda' that has descended upon Delhi," he said.

The Prime Minister asserted that the people of Delhi were determined to rid the city of this 'aapda,' with every voter expressing their resolve to change the situation. "They say, 'We will not tolerate this 'aapda,' we will bring change,'" he added.

Modi also criticized the AAP government for its handling of pollution in the Yamuna River. "Every resident of Delhi can see the deplorable condition of Yamuna," he remarked.

"Their shamelessness knows no bounds, as they claim that cleaning the river won’t win them votes. Will you leave Yamuna in this state just because it doesn't bring you votes? This 'aapda' has left the lives of Delhi’s residents at the mercy of the tanker mafia," he said.
