And in the age of social media, the wagging tongues starts trolling.
Bollywood megastar Salman Khan is paired with actress Rashmika Mandanna in the much hyped upcoming movie Sikandar.
While the age of the Sikandar actor is 59, his zohra jabeen actress age is 28. Many in social media has jumped on to this age-gap to troll the Sikandar star.
They targeted Salman Khan for doing onscreen romance with an actress who is 31 years younger to him. The troll army has called out the romancing each other in the film as eccentric. .
SIKANDAR SALMAN HITS BACK
Bang came the retort to all trollers from Salman Khan.
The mega star has been aware of all those trolls and comments swirling on the social media. Sunday, during the trailer launch event, Bhaijaan has finally broken his silence.
Unputdownable Salman Khan made a point blank fire statement at the trollers.
He asked, “If the heroine doesn't have any problem, If her father has no problem, then why should people?
The Dabangg star then firmly stated, "Abhi itna nahi hua hu. I know 31 years ka gap hai, but heroine ko koi problem nahin hai to tumko kyu hai. Abhi inki shaadi hogi, bacchi hogi, to unke saath bhi kaam karenge. Mummy ki permission to mil hi jayegi. (It’s not too much. I know the age gap is 31 yrs. The heroine has no problem. Soon Rashmika will marry, she may become mother to a daughter. When she grow up, I will work with her. I think Rashmika will give her nod)."
And this CONFIDENT reply from Salman Khan had left the Pushpa 2 actress giggling loudly.

In the trailer launch event, speaking about Rashmika's dedication, sincerity and energy, Salman Khan said, "It reminds me of ME - me Younger Salman Khan."

This is not the first time, netizens have targeted Salman Khan earlier too. They reacted in a similar fashion to many Salman Khan Movies, previously.
Earlier too, the ‘Prem’ of Bollywood was seen romancing with Saie Manjrekar in Dabbang 3 and Disha Patani in Radhe.
The trollers keep their gun blazing at Salman Khan, and the superstar, now, has retorted to them in his swag.
