Bhubaneswar, Oct 5: The regional Met centre has issued rain warning for 12 districts of Odisha for the next 24 hours.
Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Gajapati, Rayagada, Kalahandi, Nabarangpur, Koraput and Malkangiri district will experience rain along with isolated thunderstorm and lightning.
The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow warning for these districts and people have been advised to keep a watch on weather condition accordingly.
On Friday, a low pressure was formed over north Bay of Bengal and adjoining coastal areas of Bangladesh and West Bengal.
