Bhubaneswar, Jan 23: People from all walks of life came together on Thursday to pay heartfelt tributes to legendary freedom fighter Veer Surendra Sai on his 217th birth anniversary.
World-renowned sand artist Sudarshan Pattnaik also created a sand sculpture of the Surendra Sai at Puri Beach in Odisha.
