Bhubaneswar, March 8: Prominent personalities among film fraternities on Saturday offered heartfelt tributes to ace film actor Uttam Mohanty on his tenth day rituals.
Family members, relatives and several fans gathered to take part in the rituals held at the Nirmaldhir bank within the Balunkeshwar Mahadev Temple premises at Nayapalli in Bhubaneswar today.
Uttam’s only son Babushaan Mohanty performed the rituals and offered Pinda to his departed father’s soul among his friends, family members and relatives.
Worth mentioning, Uttam Mohanty, who has contributed a lot to the Odia film industries with acting in as many as 130 Odia movies, passed away on February 27 in the Medanta Hospital at Gurugaon, for liver-related ailments.
