Bhubaneswar, March 13: Vice President (Operations) at Tata Steel Kalinganagar, Rajiv Kumar resigned on Thursday.
Kumar reportedly submitted his resignation to Tata Steel’s Managing Director and CEO, TV Narendran, said sources.
Kumar is an alumnus of the reputed BIT Sindri and joined Tata Steel in the year 1990. With years of experience in Tata Steel Jamshedpur as well as in the Wires Division, he was assigned the key responsibility of leading the Tata Steel Project at Kalinganagar in Odisha’s jajpur district.
Confirming Kumar’s resignation, Rajesh Rajan, Head of Corporate Communications at Tata Steel, stated, “Rajiv Kumar has resigned from the post of Vice President (Operations) on Wednesday.
