Mumbai, April 21: In a world that's constantly rushing, Rashmika Mandanna took a pause to remind her fans about the importance of self-love. On Sunday, the actress shared a heartfelt message on Instagram, along with two sweet photos of herself holding a rose. In her caption, she encouraged everyone to treat themselves with kindness and appreciation.
"When was the last time you got yourself flowers?" she wrote. "Just a gentle reminder to appreciate and thank yourself often... because you deserve all the love and kindness in the world."
On the professional front, Rashmika was recently seen in Sikandar, where she starred alongside Salman Khan. Directed by A.R. Murugadoss—known for hits like Ghajini and Thuppakki—the film was produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, marking his reunion with Salman Khan after their 2014 blockbuster Kick. Sikandar hit theaters on March 30 but unfortunately didn’t fare well at the box office.
However, Rashmika also featured in Chhaava, a historical drama directed by Laxman Utekar. Starring Vicky Kaushal in the lead role as Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, the film was a major commercial success and featured Akshaye Khanna in a pivotal role. Chhaava went on to become the highest-grossing film of Vicky Kaushal’s career, surpassing his previous hits like Uri: The Surgical Strike, Raazi, Sam Bahadur, and Zara Hatke Zara Bachke.
