You Tuber Ranveer Allahbadi landed in legal trouble over vulgar remark

New Delhi, February 10: YouTuber-podcaster Ranveer Allahbadia, popularly known as BeerBiceps, has landed in controversy as well as legal trouble over his remarks on comedian Samay Raina's show India's Got Latent, which have sparked outrage online.

The controversy stems from a highly inappropriate question Allahbadia posed to a contestant during a recent episode featuring content creators Ashish Chanchlani, Jaspreet Singh, and Apoorva Mukhija (known as The Rebel Kid). The question in question was: "Would you rather watch your parents have sex every day for the rest of your life or join in once and stop it forever?"

This shocking remark has been met with widespread condemnation, prompting a complaint accusing Allahbadia, Raina, and the show's organizers of using offensive language and degrading women’s dignity for the sake of sensationalism and popularity. The complainant has called for strict action against everyone involved.

The backlash has not been limited to social media alone; some users have voiced their concerns over the show, urging the Information and Broadcasting Minister to take action, and expressing their disappointment over Raina's participation in Kaun Banega Crorepati.

This is not the first time the show has found itself at the center of a controversy. Just a week earlier, another incident involving a contestant making offensive comments about dog meat added fuel to the fire.

Allahbadia, who boasts over 3 million followers on Instagram and more than 10 million subscribers on YouTube, is known for hosting high-profile guests such as actress Priyanka Chopra, singer Karan Aujla, and ISRO chairman Dr. S. Somanath. However, his reputation has taken a major hit following his remarks on Raina’s show, leading to the legal complaints now pending against both Allahbadia and Raina, along with the show’s organizers.
