46th All India Major Ports Football Championship commenced with 8 Major Ports at Gopabandhu Stadium. Shri A.K. Bose, Advisor, Traffic, Paradip Port inaugurated the event. Teams will participate on League-cum-Knockout basis.
Paradip Port Authority along with Major Ports Sports Control Board is organising the sports extravaganza which will conclude on 16th February’2025. The inaugural match was held between PPA and Vishakhapatnam Port Authority. Shri D.N. Sondhi, Chairman, Organising Committee presided over the proceedings. Capt. A.C.Sahoo, Vice Chairman, Organising Committe, Dr. D.P. Sethy, Secretary, Shri Rabi Dash, Co-ordinator & Shri Ranjan Rashmi Beura, Jt. Secretary of Organising Committee were also present.
