Bhubaneswar: The makers of Pushpa 2 The Rule are in no mood to let the ‘wildfire’ run die down a bit. In a bid to keep the movie goers rhythm intact, the makers have adopted the tried and tested stargey of ringing the box office coffers
The movie makers folowing have followed the strategy of 9 Hindi blockbuster films of superstars like Anil Kapoor, Akshay Kumar Amir Khan, Hrithik Roshan and tollywood superstar Venkatesh, albeit in a different way.
Allu Arjun starred movie Pushpa 2 The Rule joined the list some blockbuster movies, who after achieving box office success, during their run added one song to keep the audience momentum going.
The difference here is in Pushpa 2 The Rule, no song has been added but 20mt more action scenes released.
The 9 block buster films are

The update has been shared by the makers on X with a new poster, captioned, “Pushpa 2: The Rule Reloaded Version with 20 minutes of added footage, will play in cinemas from 11th January. The Wildfire Gets Extra Fiery."
The still of Allu Arjun in the new poster is from the Japan sequence, which was featured in the trailer but was not shown in the theatrical version.
CASHING IN ON SANKRANT FERVOUR
The re-release date of Jan 11 coincides with the Makar Sankranti festival season in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
On its last days, Allu Arjun starred Pushpa 2 The Rule will be facing big challenge from superstar Ram Charan’s Game Changer, veteran star actor Balakrishna’s Daku Maharaj and yesteryear superstar Venkatesh’s Sankranthiki Vasthunnam.
The re-release strategy is seen as raking the box office moolah in the Sankranti season.
On Sunday, Pushpa 2 The Rule zoomed past the box office record of Rajamouli’s film with the gross collection touching Rs 1831cr.
Post surpassing the BO record of Bahubali 2, Pushpa 2 The Rule emerged as Industry hit, not mere All Time Blockbuster.
