Bhubaneswar: Pushpa 2 The Rule, say The RECORD, wonder run in the world of Cinema continues. It had recently rocked into the world most popular movies in 2024. The popular rating site IMDb has put the Sukumar directed movie at 7th in 100 most popular movies of th eyear 2024.
With a high IMDb rating, the Allu Arjun starred gangster drama has been placed above the films like – Dear Santa and Gladiator. In the list of 100 most popular movies, no big star Indian movie figured.
However, the film Sikander ka Muqadar (released on OTT) finds a place at 82nd in the top most popular 100 movies in 2024.
As per the IMDb release, it says, “Our Most Popular charts use data from the search behavior of IMDb's more than 250 million monthly unique visitors to rank the hottest, most buzzed about movies and TV shows.”
The list was topped by Hollywood fantasy movie Wicked starring Winnie Holzman, Dana Fox and Gregory Maguire, followed by Moana, Gladiator II, Nosferatu, The Substance and Our Little Secret.
PUSHPA 2 THE RULE’S HIGH JUMP
True to the Allu Arjun’s famous dialogue, Main Jhukage nahin Sala , the Sukumar directed Movie took a high jump of 1.151 places in a short span of 7 days to reach the 7th place in the top 100 most popular movies in the world.
The IMDb has given the movie Pushpa 2 The Rule a high rating of 6.8 from 10, when the wicked has got a rating of 8.1/10.
PUSHPA 2 THE RULE WONDER RUN
As per the latest Box Office report, Pushpa 2 The Rule has earned net profit over its budget in just 7-days. The film’s net India collection on Day 8 stood at approximately whopping Rs 710.8cr.
The Hindi net collection of the movie on day 7 stood at a massive Rs 408 cr, when the whole budget of the movie has been estimated at Rs 500cr.
However, the film’s worldwide gross collection in the first week has been a record Rs 1062cr. The films collection in north America has been stated to be phenomenal.

Ajay Devgn – Madhavan starred Shaitaan has been ranked higher than Shingham Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 at 4th place just 2-grade below Shraddha Kapoor starred Stree 2.
