Bhubaneswar, January 12: After a series of Porsche and Jaguar, Commissionerate Police has seized another high version Mercedes car belonging to Hansita Abhilipsa and Anil Kumar Mohanty, the conwoman and her fiancé on Sunday.
The two high profile fraudsters have reportedly got the fancy registration of the Mercedes car paying Rs 10 lakh extra, revealed the IT sleuth’s investigation.
According to report, conwoman Hansita possesses assets worth over Rs 80 crore, said the investigation carried out by police and IT sleuths.
While the details of the moveable and immovable assets of the cunning woman are yet to be assessed, the Commissionerate Police has seized three luxurious cars worth a few crores of rupees from Hansita’s possession. A Porsche and Jaguar were earlier seized from her while a high-version Mercedes car was seized on Friday which was concealed in a secret chamber.
Worth mentioning, the IT raids revealed that Rs 10 lakh was reportedly squandered by the lady to have a fancy registration number for the Mercedes car.
Hansita and her fiancé Anil Mohanty were arrested as they were accused of impersonating as relatives of the Prime Minister's Principal Secretary PK Mishra, to dupe moneyed people.
