Bhubaneswar, March 12: The opposition Biju Janata Dal (BJD) has reiterated its commitment to safeguarding Odisha’s interests in the upcoming delimitation exercise, brushing aside allegations of aligning with anti-BJP platforms.
BJD’s senior leader and eight-time MLA RP Swain made the statement in response to accusations from the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), which has claimed that the regional party is leaning towards the Congress-led INDIA bloc.
As the political landscape in Odisha continues to evolve, the BJD has maintained that its priority remains the welfare of the state, regardless of political speculations.
