Cuttack, Jan 24: The much-awaited 3rd Barabati Sisir Mela is set to begin on January 26 at the Upper Baliyatra Ground in Cuttack.
It will run for 11 days.
The fair promises a vibrant celebration of art, culture, and local talent, featuring a variety of handicrafts, cultural performances, and MSME stalls.
Artisans from across the country will showcase their unique creations, providing visitors with an opportunity to purchase exquisite handcrafted items.
Moreover, the stalls by the Odisha Rural Development and Marketing Society (ORMAS) and the Development Commissioner of Handicrafts will highlight the region’s artistry and craftsmanship.
The mela will also include kiosks from the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector, promoting local entrepreneurs and their innovative products.
Cultural programs from Odisha will entertain visitors.
The Barabati Sisir Mela is expected to be a vibrant mix of shopping, entertainment, and cultural appreciation, attracting visitors from across the state and beyond.
