Angul, April 25: District Magistrate & Collector Angul Abdaal M Akhtar felicitated IAS achiever Animesh Pradhan on Thursday.
With a rousing welcome held at Angul Collectorate in the morning, the Collector accompanied by other district level officers congratulated the recently qualified IAS officer Pradhan who have clinched the All India Rank 2 in this year’s UPSC Examination.
With the unprecedented recognition from the district administration, Animesh extended gratitude to the Collector and his officials.
During interaction with the officers Animesh affirmed that he will uphold the dignity of an IAS officer with utmost commitment and dedication for the common public.
Worth mentioning, Animesh, a son of the soil of Angul cracked a thumping victory in the toughest job, the Indian Civil Service Exam and clicked AIR-II in his first endeavour, despite all odds he faced during his rigorous preparation, including the tragic demise of his inspiring parents.
