Bhubaneswar, March 17:Ace politician, former Union Minister of state for Surface Transport & Agriculture, Dr. Debendra Pradhan’s mortal remains have been treasured at his Bhubaneswar residence on Monday.
Following the guard of honour by the Odisha government at the Bhubaneswar airport and mass adieu at the BJP state headquarters, Dr. Pradhan’s coffin was taken to his residence at the Lumbini Vihar in Chandrasekharpur at night.
Here, late pradhan’s earthly remains were treasured in a special tomb amid his family members and relatives.
According to family sources, the body will remain here till tomorrow morning. It will be consigned to the pyre at the Puri Swargadwara, on Tuesday with performing due rituals.
Worth mentioning, Dr. Pradhan passed away today at 84 in New Delhi due to geriatric-related ailments.
