Bargarh, Feb 6: An elderly woman was found dead under mysterious circumstances in a locked house in front of the Arabinda School in Odisha’s Bargarh town today.
The deceased woman has been identified as Subashini Seth.
As per reports, Subashini’s neighbors found a foul smell emanating from her house and broke open the door only to find the elderly woman lying dead. Thereafter, they alerted the police.
Upon getting the information, Bargarh Town Police arrived at the scene and seized the body. Subsequently, it was sent for post-mortem.
The cops have detained the woman’s nephew for questioning in this connection.
A case has been registered in this regard and further investigation into the matter.
