Bhubaneswar, February 9: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Sunday inaugurated the 74th Annual Conference of the Indian Medical Association (IMA) at the Dharanidhar Medical College Auditorium in Keonjhar.
During his speech, CM Majhi lauded the Indian Medical Association for its invaluable contribution to humanity, describing healthcare professionals as "second to God" for their unwavering dedication and selfless service. He emphasized the government's commitment to enhancing healthcare infrastructure and medical education across Odisha.
Following the event, the Chief Minister took to his X (formerly Twitter) account to express, "Despite the healthcare challenges in Keonjhar, a region rich in minerals, I highlighted the need for collective efforts to elevate Dharanidhar Medical College into a premier institution of excellence."
