Bhubaneswar, January 11: The Subhadra portal has introduced a new Opt-In feature, allowing individuals who previously opted out of the scheme to re-enroll.

As per a report, more than 8,000 applicants have already used this opportunity and have successfully been reintegrated into the program.

The Women & Child Development (W&CD) Department has urged those who unintentionally opted out to take advantage of this new facility to ensure their continued inclusion in the scheme.

In related news, the fourth phase of the first installment of the scheme is set for distribution soon. However, over two lakh applicants still need to complete their e-KYC verification. Without this process, eligible beneficiaries will face challenges in receiving their funds.

The W&CD Department has advised applicants to promptly complete their e-KYC verification, which can be done through biometric verification at nearby Jan Seva Kendras or Mo Seva Kendras.
