Bhubaneswar, April 18: As many as 172 passengers onboard, including PM’s Principal Secy PK Mishra were reportedly stranded for hours in an IndiGo flight due to Runway related snags in Odisha’s Jharsuguda Airport on Friday.
The flight was later diverted to the Bhubaneswar Airport as the IndiGo aircraft could not land despite a number of efforts over its designated runway.
According to the report, the Delhi-Jharsuguda IndiGo Flight was to land at about 14.50 hours in the Jharsuguda Airport today. However, normal landing was found impossible for the flight as some technical snags related to the runway were reported by the safety crew and air traffic officials.
