Inspired by The Case That Shook The Empire by Raghu Palat and Pushpa Palat, the film sheds light on a fight that many don’t know about. Co-produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, it highlights the courage of those who dared to challenge colonial rule.
This film follows Kesari (2019), which tells the story of the Battle of Saragarhi. While that film focused on a battlefield fight, Kesari Chapter 2 shifts to a different kind of war – a legal one with lasting historical impact.
