Bhubaneswar, Jan 27: The Commissionerate Police has issued traffic advisory ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Bhubaneswar to attend ‘Utkarsh Odisha — Make In Odisha 2025’ Conclave scheduled to begin on January 28.
The Commissionerate Police has said that no vehicle will be allowed to ply in several routes due to the visit of the Prime Minister.
PM Modi will arrive at Bhubaneswar Airport at 10:35 am in a special Air Force aircraft. From there, he will travel by road to Janata Maidan, where the conclave will take place from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. After the event, the Prime Minister will return to the airport at 12:35 pm, with a departure scheduled for 12:55 pm, heading back to Delhi.

Emergency vehicles are exempt from these restrictions, highlighting the police's consideration for public safety needs during the event.
No flying zone
The Commissionerate of Police declared Janata Maidan, the place of the function as ‘No flying zone', which is scheduled to be attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Putting in restrictions on the media personnel during the Prime Minister’s visit, the police informed that they are being advised to restrict the flying of drones in and around the Janata Maidan. The decision has been taken from the security point of view, the police stated.
The Commissionerate of Police directed the media persons not to use or cover the road during the road journey by the Prime Minister from the Biju Patnaik International Airport.
