Bhubaneswar: With big Bollywood superstars failing to set the screens on blaze like the wild fire Pushpa, Allu Arjun seems lording over the Indian cinema landscape.
The massive success of Pushpa 2 has made him the hot star in demand. When Jawan director Atlee decided to make a mega budget movie, he signed Allu Arjun only.
The star’s upcoming films have already sparked excitement. He has signed two major projects – one with Trivikram Srinivas and another with Atlee.
Though details about Trivikram’s film are not out, it seems Allu Arjun is set to don a mythological character in the film.
However, Atlee’s project is making headlines with big casting rumours.
PRIYANKA OPPOSITE ALLU ARJUN?
Priyanka Chopra who has been signed by Oscar fame SS Rajamouli for his upcoming venture SSMB 29, and whose shooting has been recently completed in Odisha’s Korapurt, hogged the headlines again with reports suggesting that Atlee wants Priyanka Chopra as the female lead in this high-budget action film.
The director believes her global stardom makes her the perfect fit. If she agrees, this will be a huge collaboration between two major stars.
Priyanka, who is already making a grand return to South Indian cinema with Mahesh Babu’s film, directed by SS Rajamouli, has completed two schedules for that project. Now, it would be interesting to see if she will share the screen with Allu Arjun.
