Bhubaneswar, Apr 3: On auspicious occasion of Akshaya Tritiya today, Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, Deputy Chief Ministers Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo and Pravati Parida, along with Leader of Opposition (LoP) Naveen Patnaik extended warm greetings to people.
CM Majhi said Akshaya Tritiya is a special festival for agriculture and farmers. He wished for the prosperity of the state and a blessed life for all.
Taking to his official ‘X’ handle, CM Majhi wrote, “On the occasion of the sacred Akshaya Tritiya, I extend my heartfelt greetings and congratulations to all. Akshaya Tritiya is a special festival for agriculture and farmers. May today’s Akshimuthi be auspicious with the blessings of the Lord Jagannath. May the granaries of our farmer brothers and sisters be filled with a good harvest this year. On this sacred occasion, I wish for the prosperity of the state and a blessed life for all.”
Deputy CM Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo extended heartfelt greetings and good wishes to the people of the state.
“On the auspicious occasion of Akshaya Tritiya and Farmers’ Day, I extend my heartfelt greetings and good wishes to the people of the state. May the blessings of Lord Jagannath bring prosperity and good fortune to the farmers through favourable Akhimuthi. May the good harvest this year further accelerate the flow of happiness and prosperity among farmers. This is my prayer to the Lord,” he wrote on ‘X’.
Deputy CM Pravati Parida extended heartfelt greetings and wished that may this year bring a good harvest and progress to our farmer brothers.
“On the sacred occasion of Akshaya Tritiya, heartfelt greetings and congratulations to all. May the blessings of the Great Lord make today’s Akhimuthi favourable and auspicious. May this year bring a good harvest and progress to our farmer brothers”, wrote Parida on ‘X’.
Similarly, Leader of Opposition Naveen Patnaik wished that the farmers’ lives be filled with joy and prosperity through a bountiful harvest.
“On the auspicious occasion of Akshaya Tritiya and Akhimuthi Anukula, I extend my heartfelt greetings to the people of the state. May the blessings of the Lord Jagannath bring forth a bountiful harvest, filling the lives of our farmer brothers and sisters with joy and prosperity,” wrote Patnaik on ‘X’.
