Mumbai, July 16: Amid the roaring success of his latest film 'Kalki 2898 AD', Bollywood veteran Amitabh Bachchan has strongly suggested that his son, Abhishek Bachchan, will be seen in Shah Rukh Khan's upcoming movie 'King'. Taking to social media, Amitabh Bachchan recently shared a fan club's tweet praising Abhishek's potential as an antagonist in 'King', alongside SRK's daughter Suhana Khan.
The tweet highlighted Abhishek's acclaimed performances in 'Breathe into the Shadows', 'Raavan', and 'BB', underlining his capability in negative roles. Responding to the tweet, Amitabh Bachchan expressed his support, stating, "All the best Abhishek .. It is TIME".
This isn't the first instance of Amitabh Bachchan unintentionally revealing film details, having previously mentioned 'The Archies', which features his grandson Agastya Nanda and Suhana Khan. Suhana, whose last outing 'The Archies' received mixed reviews, looks forward to redeeming herself in 'King', directed by Sujoy Ghosh and produced by Siddharth Anand. The film is scheduled to commence filming later this year and is expected to release in 2025.
