Puri, April 11: At least four people were hospitalized in Puri on Thursday after miscreants hurled bombs on them.
The incident took place late at night at Jamalpur village under the Pipili police limit.
According to reports, some miscreants hurled bombs on a house targeting a family. As a result, four people sustained grievous injuries in their body. They were rushed by the locals to the Pipili hospital for resuscitation. However, one of the victims was shifted to the AIIMS Bhubaneswar for his critical condition.
Primary findings of the police say that the explosion was the fallout of longstanding land dispute between two rival groups.
On being informed, the police initiated an investigation and launched manhunts to spot out the miscreants.
