Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s ace cueist Ashutosh Padhy emerges champion of the East Zonal Qualifying of the BAULKLINE 4.0 championship, which concluded here on Monday. Dr. Rakesh R Pradhan becomes the runners up of the meet. The champion and runners up received cash awards of Rs 10,000 and Rs 9,000 respectively.
Ashutosh Padhy (winner), Dr. Rakesh R Pradhan (runners up), Subrat Das and Nishant Biswal (both direct entry) are the four players from Odisha will participate in the Main Draw of the BAULKLINE 4.0 Tournament to start from 28-Apr-2025 at Mumbai being organised by National Sports Club of India, Mumbai. BSAO President Tara Ranjan Pattnaik and Secretary Sameer Ali congratulated all the winners.
