Bhubaneswar, April 15: The Odisha Congress will gherao the Enforcement Directorate (ED) office in Bhubaneswar on Tuesday, protesting what it calls "vendetta politics" behind the charge sheet filed against Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi in the National Herald case.
OPCC president Bhakta Charan Das urged party workers to hold similar protests at district headquarters across the state at 11 AM. He also appealed to local leaders to demonstrate outside central government offices like post offices and IT offices.
Das accused the Modi-led Union Government of targeting the Gandhi family out of political fear, claiming the National Herald followed all legal norms and the action was meant to malign Congress leadership.
