Harmanpreet recently overtook former Australia skipper Meg Lanning to become the second-highest run-getter in women's T20Is. She overtook Lanning with a 66-run knock from 47 balls against United Arab Emirates.
She has 3415 runs in 171 T20Is and 152 innings. Lanning holds third place in the chart with 3405 runs in T20Is. Only New Zealand batter Suzie Bates stands ahead of Harmanpreet Kaur and has scored 4348 in T20Is.
Harmanpreet has been leading India in all the three formats ever since retirement of Mithali Raj on June 8, 2022.
So far, Harmanpreet has played six Tests, 133 ODIs and 171 T20Is. Apart from being a middle order batter, she also is an effective right-arm off break bowler.
She has 75 wickets in international cricket, with 12 Test, 31 ODI and 32 T20I scalps.
