The grand opening ceremony witnessed the gracious presence of esteemed guests from across the globe:

Mr. Jitendra Mishra, acclaimed filmmaker, Festival Director of SIFFCY, and President of UNESCO-formed CIFEJ 

Ms. Ana Doborjginidze, Senior Counsellor, Embassy of Georgia in India 

Ms. Rasa Ožiūnaitė, First Secretary, Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania 

Mr. Volodymyr Prytula, Second Secretary (Culture, Press & Information), Embassy of Ukraine in India 

Ms. Shweta Parakh, children’s filmmaker, social entrepreneur, and founder of Purple People Lab

The event was further enriched by spectacular dance performances by students, beautifully portraying the vibrant cultural heritage of Odisha. Hosted under the able leadership of Directors D. Shyam and D. Ram, Academic In-Charge D. Vijaya, Management member D. Padmini, and the Principals of various wings, the festival promises a journey of creativity, cultural exchange, and cinematic celebration for young minds.
