Colombo, July 25: Sri Lanka fast bowler Nuwan Thushara, who sustained a finger injury, has been ruled out of the upcoming T20I series against India.
Thushara has been replaced by Dilshan Madushanka in the Charith Asalanka led Lankan T20I squad.
It can be recalled that earlier, Dushmantha Chameera was also ruled out of both the ODI and T20I series due to bronchitis and respiratory infection.
On Thursday, Sri Lanka Cricket confirmed replacements for both injured players. Asitha Fernando and Dilshan Madhushanka were included in the updated squad in place of Chameera and Thushara.
