Mumbai, April 7: On World Health Day, April 7, yoga enthusiast and actress Shilpa Shetty took to Instagram to share a video of herself performing three yoga asanas. In her post, she encouraged her followers, saying, "As we celebrate World Health Day, celebrate your health every day; it’s your greatest wealth." She also included hashtags like #MondayMotivation, #SwasthRahoMastRaho, and #FitIndia.

In the video, Shilpa demonstrates three yoga poses: Dhanurasana (Bow Pose), Setu Bandhasana (Bridge Pose), and Chakrasana (Wheel Pose). She also added some variations to the Setu Bandhasana and Chakrasana to challenge herself further. Dressed in a pink sports bra and printed bodycon yoga tights, Shilpa executed the asanas flawlessly. She went on to highlight the benefits of incorporating these poses into a daily workout routine.
