Bhubaneswar, January 27: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Bhubaneswar on January 28 to inaugurate the Utkarsh Odisha Conclave, a key event aimed at advancing the state’s socio-economic development.
PM Modi will arrive at Bhubaneswar Airport at 10:35 am in a special Air Force aircraft. From there, he will travel by road to Janata Maidan, where the conclave will take place from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. After the event, the Prime Minister will return to the airport at 12:35 pm, with a departure scheduled for 12:55 pm, heading back to Delhi.
Security will be a top priority during the conclave. To ensure the safety of the Prime Minister and the smooth conduct of the event, 60 platoons of police and over 400 officers will be deployed.
Ahead of the visit, Bhubaneswar commissionrate police have ramped up security preparations. A full rehearsal of the Prime Minister’s motorcade, following the ‘Blue Book’ guidelines for official security protocols, was conducted on Monday. Traffic management and route safety measures have been bolstered, with the Special Protection Group (SPG) supervising the arrangements.
