Bhubaneswar, October 30: The Winter Session of the Odisha Legislative Assembly is scheduled to start on November 26, with a total of 30 business days planned until December 31.
According to the notification issued by the State Assembly Secretariat, the second session of the 17th Assembly will be focused on various legislative activities and budgetary discussions.
The First Supplementary Statement of Expenditure for the financial year 2024-25 will be introduced on the opening day, November 26.
Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, who also heads the Finance Department, is set to present the Appropriation Bill on the First Supplementary Statement on December 5, outlining budget adjustments for the current fiscal year.
