Disputed marriage: Sumit moves District Court against SDJM’s order

Berhampur, Dec 17: The marriage dispute between Tapaswini Das and Dr. Sumit is taking a new turn almost every day. Dr. Sumit has moved Ganjam District Judge Court on Friday, appealing against the SDJM’s order. He has prayed the Court not to stay altogether with his solemnized wife, Tapaswini amid his divorce Case is under process. Sources said, Sumit’s advocate Devasnan Dash has filed an appeal against the order passed by the SDJM Court Berhampur today. In the suit he has appealed the Court to reconsider the orders SDJM’s order passed on December 2 and December 9 asking the couple to stay together. At the same time, Sumit has expressed his unwillingness to stay with Tapaswini as two different cases regarding the matter are sub-judice in the Court of law.
