On Tuesday, by evening, the advance tickets sold will cross the Stree 2 Day 1 advance ticket sale of 3.92 lakh.
Even as the frenzied sale of tickets in advance bookings have come from Andaman and Nicobar islands, Telangana, Bihar and Assam, Odisha tops all in the major states category. The occupancy in the State within 24 hours has been a massive 49%. The rate of occupancy considered high for the opening day when the film will be releasing on December 5.
Cinema and theatre house staff predicts HOUSEFULL status for Pushpa 2The Rule on Day 1 across the State. Moreover, the response for Sunday booking has been good across the State, they added.
Among the cities in Odisha, State Capital is leading the spectacular sale show of Pushpa 2 the Rule. The Day 1 advance booking reports from Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Rourkela, Berhampur show the occupancy in Bhubaneswar at a record 60% within 24 hours.

Two cinema houses will be showing 6 shows in the Silk City. The online advance booking reports show the following
- GAUTAM CINEMA: Runs 3 shows. HOUSEFULL Day 1 within 36 hrs.
- PAYAL CINEMA: Holds 3 shows. The brisk booking shows it will be HOUSEFULL Day1 within 48 hrs.
CUTTACK
Pushpa 2 The Rule will be releasing in 2 theatre halls – INOX and Sangam Cineplex (2D, 3D) in the Silver city. The reports suggest it will be HOUSEFULL status on Day1 in INOX, as 85-90% tickets were booked within 36 hrs of booking.
In Sangam 3D, the advance ticket sale has been in the range 75% within 36 hrs. The theatre house staffs believe 90% occupancy on day 1 for the Allu Arjun starred movie.
ROURKELA
Pushpa 2 The Rule will be releasing in the Steel City 4 cinema houses. The city will be holding 27 shows in 2D and 3D. As per reports, the advance booking in 2 PVR Cinemas, within 24 hours have been extraordinary. The total advance ticket sales have been around 75%. Day 1 occupancy will definitely be HOUSEFULL, as the film will be released on Dec 5.
The reports from Cinepolis and Cinecaarnival have also been phenomenal. Almost 50% tickets were booked within 24 hrs. The Day 1 occupancy here will also be around 85-90%.

As per the advance booking reports released, the Allu Arjun- Rashmika Mandanna movie has recorded over 3.87 lakh tickets sale in Hindi. The pace suggests it crossing the Jawan and Bahubali 2 benchmark of 5.57 lakh and 6.5 lakh by Wednesday.

Within 30 hours of opening of the advance booking, the total ticket sales across the languages have been a whopping 8 lakh and the gross is estimated at Rs 25.57cr. The Hindi gross alone stands at 11.4 cr, sans block seats. Jawan holds the record of minting over 36 cr in Hindi on Day 1 from advance booking. The total tickets booked in advance on Day 1 for Jawan stood at 13.2lakh.
BHUBANESWAR IN TOP LIST NATIONALLY
In Odisha, Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan had recorded a collection of Rs 47.23 lakh from Hindi advance booking on day 1. The occupancy was 60%.
On the contrary, the Allu Arjun starred movie had grossed Rs 9.9 lakh (without block) and occupancy had already touched 60% over all within 30 hours. Ground reports suggest the occupancy rising to around 85-90% on release day.
