New Delhi, February 6: Delhi recorded 57.89 per cent voter turnout in the assembly polls.
It was revealed on Wednesday from the Delhi Assembly poll.
The turnout is about five percentage points lower than the 2020 assembly polls — which saw 62.59% turnout.
The Arvind Kejriwal-led party had won 62 out of 70 seats during the last election while the BJP got only eight and the Congress stopped at zero.
The Delhi Assembly Election concluded on February 5 almost peacefully. Meanwhile, ace pollsters depicted their assessments on the result of the coveted national capital on the basis of public opinions.Most of the renowned pollsters’ findings went in favouor of the BJP whereas the AAP gets a meager success.
