Bhubaneswar, November 11: Chief Minister of Odisha, Mohan Charan Majhi, has issued a stern warning to government employees against attempting to exert influence for favorable transfers and postings.

Emphasizing a commitment to transparency, the Odisha government has taken a firm stance on maintaining integrity within the administrative process.

Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja highlighted the Odisha Government Servants' Conduct Rules of 1959, which explicitly prohibits any form of influence in securing favorable postings or transfers.

Ahuja reminded state employees of the serious consequences of violating these conduct rules, cautioning that any deviations from service regulations would result in appropriate disciplinary action by the state government.
